Assessment: Diagnose and Prioritize
PURPOSE: In order to get going, my engagements begin with a rapid primary assessment that determines the strengths and weaknesses so I can quickly prioritize and focus on the things that will move the needle.
PROCESS: We review your current programs, systems, and content, by talking with your team and reviewing your campaigns. This helps us to quickly determine gaps and create programs that optimize each of the four key pillars (Story, Planning, Infrastructure, and Team) that will drive growth. This takes about a day or two, depending on the firm. More in-depth assessment may eventually be a good idea, but our goal is to make you more productive as soon as possible, and to tune as we work.
DELIVERABLE: We present you with an honest and detailed assessment of your existing marketing practice and I give you specific recommended programs to optimize each one.
